A clear understanding.
Roomvow is a proposal and selection review tool developed by OOTSSU. By using the app or the review service you agree to these terms and to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to the iOS app.
Your projects
You remain responsible for the content you upload, including permission to use photographs, product references and client information. Confirm product prices, availability, dimensions and finishes with the relevant supplier before ordering.
Selection responses
A Roomvow selection response records a stated preference for a proposal version. It is not a purchase order, payment, verified signature or substitute for your professional agreement with a client.
Free studio and membership
The free studio includes one active project. Roomvow Studio membership is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or yearly. The price and period are shown before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that. Manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app or your Roomvow account does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share, attempt to access other studios’ data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Service availability
We work to keep the review service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep an independent export of important work. Illustrative interiors and sample selections in the app and on this website are examples, not advertised properties or supplier products.
